WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre. You'll find us down near Woolworths. If you have any troubles finding us in the centre, feel free to give us a call on (08) 9401 9333.

DO YOU ONLY SELL FLOWERS?

Whilst our main offering is fresh, seasonal blooms we also have a variety of gift options from jewellery, candles, soaps and scrubs, plants and vases.

HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO SPEND ON FLOWERS?

At the Flower Society we cater to a variety of different price points.
Whilst the cost of Flowers has jumped significantly over the past few years, we remain flexible to work with you. Pop in store and chat with one of our friendly team, and we will be happy to help.

Delivery is an option, and is calculated based on location.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

The Flower Society delivers fresh blooms Monday through Saturday each week. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, excluding Mothers Day + Valentines Day of course!

HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?

You can expect your fresh blooms to last between 3-14 days with proper care. Flowers will maintain their freshness longer when given proper attention. The Flower Society assumes no responsibility for lack of care once the delivery is made, such as failure to place them in fresh water, trim stems or exposure to extreme temperatures/sunlight. During periods of elevated temperatures, such as the summer months, vase life may vary. Should you encounter any issues with the quality of your florals, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note: after 24 hours, replacements will not be offered.

HOW DO I KEEP MY FLOWERS FRESH?

Fresh water and a little trim of the stems daily (or even every second day) can help your lovely blooms live longer. Be sure to use a nice sharp scissors or garden snips if you have them (be careful) and cut the stems on an angle to allow them to drink as much as possible!

I HAVE MISSED THE CUT OFF,
CAN I STILL ORDER FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

If you desire same-day delivery after the cut-off time, please contact us directly via phone at (08) 9401 9333. If feasible, we will accommodate your request. This is at the discretion of the Florist available at the time of your call. We are an extremely busy store front so may not be able to assist you at last minute, but will do our very best to accommodate.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave it in a secure location at the specified address. A re-delivery fee will apply if we need to make another delivery attempt. Please note: The Flower Society accepts no responsibility for flowers left exposed to extreme weather conditions.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DELIVERING MY ORDER?

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or access to the property is restricted (for example, due to locked gates or, apartment blocks), a re-delivery fee will be charged. For deliveries to apartment blocks, access details and the recipients mobile number must be provided.

WHAT TIME WILL YOU DELIVER MY FLOWERS?

Deliveries take place between 11am and 6pm. For deliveries to hospitals, schools or businesses, please provide clear instructions regarding the recipient's availability and include full names. Please ensure that we have a contact number for the recipient in case of any issues.

CAN I CHOOSE A TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries due to our varying daily schedules. If you require a specific delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate however, cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries take place between 11am and 6pm. If the recipient is at a place of business, please let us know their operating hours so we can prioritise the order of deliveries.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, of course! Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in-store and online and have no expiration date.

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product and buyers acknowledge and accept any variations in colour and availability. Images on our website are for reference only, and actual arrangements will differ. All prices are inclusive of 10% GST as required by Australian law.

OUR DELIVERY PROMISE

The Flower Society deliver fresh blooms Monday to Saturday every week. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, excluding Mothers Day of course!

We offer delivery within a radius of up to 50km from our storefront at Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre.
Locally, we offer same-day deliveries (when ordered before 11am).

Our Delivery fees are categorised into Zones:

Zone 1 [0-5kms] $15
Zone 2 [5-20kms] $25
Zone 3 [20-30kms] $35
Zone 4 [30-40kms] $45
Zone 5 [40-50kms] $55
